Arthur Cauty is a multi award-winning filmmaker and photographer based in Bristol, UK.

He was awarded First Prize for Documentary at My RØDE Reel, one of the world’s largest short film competitions. His work has also received Official Selections at BAFTA and Academy Award-qualifying film festivals including Raindance Film Festival, Encounters Film Festival, Aesthetica Short Film Festival, Indy Shorts International Film Festival, and Odense International Film Festival, alongside multiple Vimeo Staff Picks, a Vimeo Best of the Month award, and a Vimeo Best of the Year nomination.

The Big Picture, his latest feature-length documentary, premiered to a sold-out audience at a former IMAX theatre and is set for release on Apple TV, Prime Video, and Rakuten in Summer 2026.

His cinematography work has been widely licensed for global film, television, and commercial use through major studios and distributors including Warner Bros, Paramount, Disney, Netflix, 20th Century Fox, HBO, NBC Universal, Amazon, BBC, The Discovery Channel, National Geographic, Sony, Channel 4, and ITV.
